The Objectives of this Programme

To encourage active citizenship
To maintain, retain and retrain all volunteers
To harness and match volunteer talents and expertise to benefit organisations
To professionalise volunteers (existing and new) in our Jewish community
To develop a more formalised and streamlined volunteer structure
To recruit new and existing volunteers into a consolidated/centralised volunteer pool to serve all organisations
To maximise volunteers already in service
To provide for succession planning and placement in both volunteer and professional roles
To build young adult and legacy networks
To provide support to avoid volunteer burnout
