The Extended Leadership Development Programme – EOLI’s Flagship
What is the Extended Leadership Development Programme?
The Extended LDP is a multi-leveled learning experience, designed with a modular curriculum. It combines state-of-the-art theory and real-time learning. EOLI’s immersive approach will help shape your life and career. The LDP is the only Jewish leadership programme of its kind in South Africa.

Our aim is to upskill volunteer (lay) and professional, current and emerging leaders. We’re creating a pipeline of succession, all with the explicit intent of continuity of community.
Who are the participants?
Our participants are selected to form a cohort of dynamic, like-minded community change-makers eager to gain leadership skills and pursue their purpose to transform community and organisations.
