We’re all about developing bold, adaptive and ethical leaders to ensure a vibrant, resilient and sustainable future for the Cape Town Jewish Community. We are guided in everything we do by the values of Eliot osrin.
We created the Eliot Osrin Leadership Institute in 2018 to honour to the visionary leadership and strategic foresight of the late Eliot Osrin.
How we do it
EOLI identifies and invests in current and emerging professional and lay/volunteer leaders across all Jewish community organisations. We upskill and empower them with comprehensive leadership programmes. Our programmes are designed using best-practice drawn from world-class Jewish leadership institutes. Our faculty comprises experts, thought leaders and visionary professionals drawn from all fields of management and leadership.
Why We Do It
We do it in order to offer a unique learning opportunity for current and future leaders, forward thinkers and change-makers willing to take up the challenge of strengthening the Cape Town Jewish community.
We aim to “people-proof” the Cape Town Jewish community by creating an effective, expert pipeline for outstanding leadership succession.
