On Tuesday 1 November the 2021/22 cohort celebrated their graduation.

EOLI Director, Viv Anstey  spoke about the process: “We have activated each other to explore new ways of thinking and behaving. We have built a cohesive collegial bond. Most of all, our learning-inspired actions have been catalysed by love of community and brought positive change.

Each member of this cohort has been on a transformative journey over the past year.  The graduation was an opportunity to reflect on finding their voices and the generation of choices.

We have witnessed our graduates get promotions, (new) appointments, elected to senior positions, step up and into new roles, meaningfully scattered across sectors in the community. This is a proud and rewarding time. Well done to an exceptional cohort!”
